Does your hosted PBX platform offer the same calling features for IP-based & analog phones ?
The same cutting-edge features found in VoIP phones can be added to their analog counterparts through the use of ATAs. By adding new capabilities to already-owned device, HERO helps owners preserve and enhance their existing investments.
Can the billing component operate on a standalone basis, or are additional applications required?
While HERO’s billing module can easily integrate with other applications via its SOAP API, it has been designed to act as a standalone solution with all the necessary tools for professional client account management, including web-based client & provider interfaces, automatic invoicing, exportable CDRs & customizable invoices.
Is your hosted PBX offered in multiple languages?
The HERO platform can provide service to customers in any number of languages. The administrator interface is available in English, French & Spanish.
Does your hosted PBX platform support emergency calling?
Yes. HERO fully supports 911 and E911 calling. 911 calls over VoIP phones are handled through the e911 procedures while 911 calls over standard phone lines are handled by the phone carrier.
Is your hosted PBX available in a trial version?
HERO is not currently offered in trial version, however a complete product demonstration can be provided on request.
